Video GP consultations at Close Farm Surgery

A video consultation lets you contact your GP and get medical advice without having to visit the surgery. During your video consultation, you’ll be able to tell your GP about your medical or health issue online. Find out how to book a video medical consultation with your GP.

Book a video consultation

We offer video consultations for patients who find it difficult to get to the surgery. To book this, please contact our reception team by calling 0117 932 2108. Your GP will then follow this up by sending you a text or giving you a phone call to book a video consultation. If your GP feels that it would be best for you to come to the surgery, then they will arrange a face-to-face appointment with you.

Change or cancel a video consultation

Please let us know if you can no longer make your video consultation so we can help other patients. You can call reception to change or cancel your video consultation.
